I went through a lot in my life and have learned how to fix the body, mind and spirit. My experience achieved a level exceeding to being used as a swimming coach only, which was my profession until June 2024. If you want to change your long-term habits, improve the quality of life and acknowledge a real reprogramming of your brain in various ways, you will need at least 21 days for implementation. Most of the people aren't able to achieve such a change in their natural environment. So, I have decided to create a very efficient one-month program including spending the whole month with my clients, 24 hours a day under my coaching, guidance and supervision. During this time, I will teach you what I have learned during my life. I will show you how to heal your body, mind and spirit. You will get an opportunity to learn from my life-time experience as quick as possible, and it will be up to you only if you are able to keep the changes achieved together, also in the further future.
Each and every day of your stay with me will be filed with different activities according to your (as the client) preferences. We will sleep from 9pm to 5-6am based on circadian code rules. A night's sleep between 10pm and 12pm is the most important for your body and cannot be replaced by another time during the day. Mornings will start with meditation, breathing exercise, ice bath and healthy breakfast. As the day continues, you will take part in busy program, so in evenings you will look forward for some quality rest and sleep. After the month, your body shall reprogram old patterns and get rid of the addictions, so as the bad habits. Your brain shall start to work faster and clearer, more effectively. Thanks to the healthy food and supporting routine, detoxified body and inner organs shall provide you with needed energy. You shall feel like you tricked the time - flowing and much younger too.
I will teach you key rules I know about the nutrition and diet gathered during my 30 years career as an athlete (a national swimming team member) and elite coach. We will eat fresh BIO food from local farmers and drink "live" alkaline water from the best Japanese brand.
It is without any doubt that without oxygen there will be no life. More oxygen income means more life. Breathing exercise and hyperventilation performed multiple-times per day, will bring us more oxygen inevitable for body regeneration, as well as clear our mind, especially in connection with regular morning ice baths.
One of my most valuable secrets is a special sauna protocol for super-fast detox and local fat burning. By massaging of your critical parts in sauna you shall be able to shape the body according to your wish. In my experience it is the only proven method for local fat burning. warning! By using of different dietary regimes, the advised nutrition and detox protocols shall clean your body leaving you to feel fresh, like a baby. You will recognize the substantial difference, almost like if comparing using of the public transport and driving a super sport car. Your body is your machine, but you have to treat and maintain it well to enjoy the high performance.
Daily practicing of meditation, EFT method, breathing exercises and special frequencies technique will take your mind to new levels. You will get rid of depressions, anxiety, over-thinking, fears, etc. Furthermore, you will be able to think clearly, keep focus, and achieve your goals. But mainly, you will feel good and happy.
As a national team swimmer, I used to participate in many world and European championships. I have worked with the best world coaches, particularly while lived and worked in Australia, and mastered my skills. Considering my experience I offer you my services to create the best possible work-out targeted for your individuality. Based on clients` requests and needs, we can, for example, swim, run, stretch and work-out in the gym or exercise with body weight. In one month, after I will provide you with useful information and teach you techniques, you can even be able to create your own work-out programs in the future. My first contact with so-called alternative medicine came around the time ofmy university studies. While I was working as a lifeguard during the summer holidays, my tasks included also helping people to retrieve keys or sunglasses that they had dropped in the lake with dirty water and unfortunately, I have got bacteria (Chlamydia pneumonia) in my lungs. These bacteria are very hard to be beaten, even with antibiotics. I was still feeling unwell and that was the moment I started to search for more information and learn about the alternative ways how to cure my body and gain the full strength back. I have found out the very effective treatment for many known pathogens and I have been using it to solve most of the health issues still.
In 2015 I got the opportunity to work with two of Australia's best coaches – Mr. Michael Bohl and Mr. Dean Boxall at SPW Swimming Club in sunny Brisbane. The only issue was, if I wanted to learn from those big names, I had to work only as a volunteer, for free. I was struggling with my budget, trying to find the cheapest diet possible. I was eating 1kg of tinned tuna a day, pretty much as my only meal, which, together with being busy with two simultaneous jobs, full time school and my own training for swimming world championships, let me to stage when I felt extreme fatigue. It took me another year to realize, I actually suffered from the serious mercury poisoning.
After almost 4 more years, I was finally able to completely detox from heavy metals. Fortunately, I have spent most of that time in Dubai, working as coach for the UAE national swimming team, so the higher standard of living allowed me to practice a targeted sauna detox protocol on a regular basis, as well as to drink microstructured - filtered water, which I consider to be a very important part of heavy metal detox protocol.
In early 2020, I felt healthy and happy, not to mentioned I was looking forward to a great new career opportunity – coaching the South Korean national swimming team., but then the COVID-19 lockdowns changed everything. I lost my job in Dubai, the position in Korea was cancelled and I returned to my home country. During the 2020/21 season I was a coach of the Slovakian double-Olympic champion, Mr. Tomas Klobucnik. When we started to work together, he was already 33 years old and his performance had been stagnating for 6 years. Despite the obstacles, tough conditions and consequences of the COVID-19 disease he suffered from, I was able to bring him back to his best performance – Tomas swam national records in 50m and 100m breaststroke categories, moreover his 6-years maximum in 200m breaststroke category. We only missed the Tokyo 2021 Olympic Games limit by 0.05 seconds.

help my mental health at all, and on top of that, I had to deal with a toxic
relationship for 4 years,
Consequently, I suffered from serious depression, struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety, insomnia, etc. But never have I ever took antidepressants, and I haven't want to start either. Trying to find a solution how to improve my mental health, meditation and exercise seems not to be enough. After a thorough research, I have decided to add new tools like ice baths, hyperventilation protocol, special mental training, music therapy and ETF tapping. By the end of the year, I have discovered the very effective way to regulate my central nervous system and overcome the trauma. Nevertheless, those treatments have improved my physical condition too.
After all, I feel that I shouldn't keep my experience and knowledge just private. Being able to heal my BODY, MIND and SPIRIT very effectively and in a short time, I would like to help others as well.
